The police have launched an investigation and Coronation Street fans have spotted two witnesses who could help them.

Histrion Charlie De Melo left the cobbles following tragic scenes aired last week equally his character died post-obit a horrific motorcar accident.

Due to the solicitor’s tumultuous feud with Abi Webster (portrayed by Sally Carman), the authorities quickly turned to the mechanic and her husband Kevin (Michael Le Vell) for answers.

But Imran’southward wife Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) became a new person of interest in the investigation.

However, in the aftermath of Imran’due south death on Wed, some eagle-eyed Corrie fans have noticed something that could help the police effigy out what happened.

According to them, two mystery witnesses watched on as Imran saved an unconscious Toyah from the wreckage but neither of them chosen for aid.

Fans first noticed someone driving a black car budgeted the scene, with the driver looking downwards the road at the couple and driving off without checking on them.

While it can be argued that the person may take been too focused on their own car journey to worry nigh Imran and Toyah, another potential witness was seen walking past in the distance and on the road where the car had just driven from.

Only the person walking didn’t stop in their tracks to help out.

This has led fans to many speculations, the kickoff one being that the person in the car may have acquired the crash.

Some viewers event believe the driver could have been Ben who Imran was nearly to grass on after they both lied in court for Alfie’southward custody.

“Not sure”, one soap fan tweeted, “the driver of the mysterious black automobile which saw the blow & didn’t stop to assist may be to blame.”

Another theorised: “I wondered about that car. The way he stopped, looked then drove off. I thought, ‘hello, what’southward his game’. Very mysterious.”

“I was thinking the same the mystery car”, a third viewer penned. “Whatsoever Surveillance Camera that tin can shed lite on what happened?”

“Did anyone notice that black car driving off just near where the crash happened? – could be someone rammed them off the road”, wrote a fourth viewer.

A fifth viewer speculated: “When they got out of the car after the crash there was a black car that stopped for a long time behind them, then left quick when police sirens. Mistake or the person that acquired the crash?”

Ben was accused past other fans of tampering with the brakes, much like Kevin Webster who had a look at Toyah and Imran’s car before the crash.

Soon plenty, the police ruled this out as it became axiomatic that Toyah hadn’t applied the brakes seconds earlier touch.

But what if these witnesses came frontward with the truth?

Could Toyah accept deliberately crashed the car?
